Beefed Up IT

Medical & dental practices

IT that keeps the front desk open.

Patients waiting, phones ringing, systems down — that's the day we're here to prevent. We look after practice IT so your team can look after patients.

What we take off your plate

Front desk & phones that stay up

Automatic cellular backup when the internet drops, reliable Wi-Fi and phones, so check-in, scheduling and claims keep moving.

Practice workstations that just work

Every computer set up the same way, updated automatically and supported when something misbehaves — including the systems your practice software and imaging run on.

Security designed around HIPAA safeguards

Encryption, multi-factor sign-in, access controls, backups and monitoring designed around the HIPAA Security Rule's technical safeguards.

Staff changes without the risk

New hires ready on day one; leavers' access removed the same day, so patient data doesn't walk out the door.

About HIPAA — straight answers

  • We help practices meet HIPAA Security Rule safeguards. No IT provider can make a practice “HIPAA certified” — there's no such certificate — but the technical controls we put in place are the ones the Security Rule expects.
  • We sign a BAA. When we support systems that hold patient information, we sign a business associate agreement with your practice — and the Microsoft services and support platform we run your requests through are covered by Microsoft's own HIPAA BAA.
  • Minimum necessary, by design. Our support notifications never include patient details, and practices are kept completely separate from one another in our systems.
