• Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Microsoft (website hosting, email and Microsoft 365) and our own client-support platform hosted on Microsoft Azure. They process information on our behalf and under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Health information

This website is not intended to collect health or patient information — please don't include it in the contact form. When we provide IT services to healthcare clients, any protected health information we may encounter is handled under the terms of our agreements with those clients and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, then delete them unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

Security

We protect information with industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor sign-in and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
